Our Learning Philosophy
At the Kids Workshop, we believe in fostering the whole child, focusing on their social, emotion and physical well being. We believe the child should be the leader of their own learning experience and because of our low teacher to student ratios we are able to curate lesson plans based on the individual needs and interests of each child. We believe that as teachers our job is to prepare a clean, organized and loving environment where each child and family we serve feels welcome and at home. We love to be immersed in nature and find many opportunities to use our outside playtime as an extension of the classroom. Lastly, and our favorite, we believe a messy child is a happy child. We love playing in the dirt and taking every opportunity to learn through hands-on experiences.
